When to arrive

Please plan to arrive at least a few minutes prior to your treatment time to relax and enjoy a complimentary beverage in our peaceful environment.

Cancellation policy

Please give at least 24 hrs notice should you wish to cancel an appointment as a courtesy to both our therapist and other clients.  Please note that if notice is not given and appointment cannot be filled, then a cancelation fee of 50% will be applied according to value of treatment.

Payment

All credit cards are accepted, phone payments are only acceptable by credit cards.  A no-interest easy payment plan is available to spread the cost of packages.

Gift Vouchers

Have an expiry date of 2 months.
